Semi-automatic Overflow Filling Machine
This filling machine is most suitable for flowable, waterlike liquids, such as Beverage (tea, juice…), Milk, Cooking oil. Bottle mouth is fully covered while filling to avoid leakage. Designed for products which need equal liquid-level in bottles. Liquid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, food grade silicone tube / wire hose, Teflon and filling assembly can be dismantled and cleaned easily. Color touch screen is convenient to set up filling data directly.

Features
- Overflow filling: Filling nozzles go down to cover bottle mouth, then liquid is filled to the required liquid-level. Extra liquid which is over liquid-level will flow back to liquid tank.
- For low-foaming liquids, higher filling speed is applicable without causing liquids spraying out of bottles.
- Control system: MITSUBISHI (Japanese brand) PLC. Filling speed and time can be set up directly from 7” color touch screen (HMI).
- Adjusting system: SIKO (German brand) position indicator with hand-wheel: Easy for position adjustment and record filling height conveniently.
- Bottle clamp is adjustable with laser-engraving scale, record and change bottle filling position are so convenient.
- Sanitary design: Liquid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, food grade silicone tube / wire hose, Teflon and filling nozzles can be dismantled and cleaned easily.
- Memory storage: 50 sets. Perfect for repeated products without entering settings every time.
- 2 Start-up modes: Foot-switch (manually) or Touch screen (automatically)
- 1 set of 100 Liter liquid tank is included. Main liquid contact parts are made of SUS#316.
