Bottle Rinsing Machine

A bottle rinsing machine, also known as a bottle rinser, cleans the insides of bottles and jars before production. Either water or air rinsing can be customized according to customer requirements to effectively remove dust and foreign particles, ensuring the cleanliness of bottles and containers.

 

Main Functions of T&G Bottle Rinsing Machine:

  • For Air-rinsing: Uses ionized air neutralizes positive and negative charges inside the bottle, thereby preventing any particles from adhering to the inner bottle surfaces.
  • For Air-rinsing: Equipped with a dust filter, the system collects microparticles in the dust cup without contaminating the operating environment.
  • For Air-rinsing: Start-up modes can be selected: “foot switch” or “automatic sensor.”
  • For Water-rinsing: Equipped with a pressurized pump, the system allows the rinsing intensity to be adjusted to suit different container sizes.
