Automatic Capping Machine (Side-wrapping Type)
Designed with Side-rotary wheels, this capping machine is most suitable for various threaded caps. Automatic cap feeding device is an optional item for increasing efficiency and saving much labor costs. User-friendly design and color LCD touch screen (HMI) provide simple operation interface. Capping torque is controlled precisely by servomotors to avoid damaging cap’s surface. Capping quality is excellent!

- Side-wrap capping by 4 side-rotary wheels, suitable for various threaded caps: Sprayer / Pump Cap / Flip-up Cap / Child Resistant Cap / Tamper Resistant Caps, etc.
- Suitable for many kinds of bottle shapes: Round / Oval / Square / Flat / Polygon and other special shapes of bottles.

- Capping system: Capping torque is controlled by 2 servomotors which can be adjusted precisely for accurate capping tightness and not damaging caps.
- Object sensor: SICK (German brand) sensor provides high sensitivity and easy adjustments..
- Adjusting system: SIKO (German brand) position indicator with hand-wheel: Easy for position adjustment and record capping height conveniently.
- Side-rotary wheels are made of special material for good abrasion resistance.
- Optional automatic cap-feeding device improves much production efficiency.
- Memory storage: 50 sets. Perfect for repeated products without entering settings every time.
