2-in-1 Automatic Filling & Capping Machine (for Small-volume products)
Suitable for small-volume products, filling & capping can be done within one machine. Small dimension is best for limited space. Liquid contact parts are made of SUS#316 stainless steel, sanitary design in filling assembly is easy for cleaning and dismantling. Servomotors are used for capping system to control capping torque precisely to avoid scratching cap’s surface.

Features
- Filling system: Filling nozzles enter into bottles to prevent from spraying out of bottle while filling and reduce foaming degree.
- Control system: MITSUBISHI (Japanese brand) PLC. Filling volume can be set up directly from 7” color touch screen (HMI).
- Sanitary design: Liquid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, food grade silicone tube / wire hose, Teflon and filling nozzles can be dismantled and cleaned easily.
- Capping system: Capping torque is controlled by servomotor and can be adjusted easily by servomotor for not damaging caps.
- Automatic bottle clamping device: Most economical and flexible. For a wide range of bottles can be shared with the same set of bottle clamp.
- Adjusting system: SIKO (German brand) position indicator with hand-wheel: Easy for position adjustment and record filling height conveniently.
- User-friendly design: Most changeover or adjustments are fast and simple without using any tools.
